Car Insurance Isuzu (Car Insurance). how can I tune 2 amps and 2 subs?how can I tune 2 amps and 2 subs? Ok, so I have an 800 watt nitro amp powering 2 12 inch baja subwoofers with a ported box, and a 600 watt 4 channel sony explode amp powering 3 speakers all in a 1995 jeep. The original setup was 2 10 in jl subs with the 4 channel 600 watt sony (still only 3 speakers), and the 10's used to rattle and beat way harder than these 2 12's even seem capable of doing. I have an aftermarket sony deck, and the sony amp is connected to this as as well as the subs i think. I ran a blue power wire from the sony (600 watt) to the nitro (800 watt) and it turns on and everything and powers the subs. I also have a "Y Split" between the amps. The subs are connected to the 800 watt nitro. Now I did something wrong because (a) the older subs used to pound incredibly better (b) the right front right speaker plays when I turn the speaker settings all the way to the left, and (c) the front right speaker, (which is a 160 watt sony) is louder than the back two original speakers. I would really appreciate it if someone could share the knowledge that would save me money and time, and I would be forever grateful. I'm relatively new to the car audio scene, and helping me fix this would be greatly welcomed and not forgotten. If your deck has multiple RCA outputs, make sure you are using the rear or subwoofers ones for the 12" speakers. Use the Front RCA outs for the component speakers. If your deck only has one set of RCA outputs, I would recommend either 1) replacing the deck or 2) Installing a RCA preout converter to your rear speaker wires. This will keep the same frequency as the deck typically puts out. Splitting the signal over two amps causing dB loss. Auto parts : Oil Line Fitting Acura 1995 . Oil Pan Alfa Romeo 1996 . Isuzu . How to Fix Scrapes on RimsScrapes on tire rims are common on cars. Damaged and scraped rims can turn a good looking car into an ugly one, but with a little time and effort these scrapes can disappear. Difficulty:Moderately Easy Instructions Things You'll Need Dish soap Water Cloth Rags Paint thinner Sandpaper Dust mask Safety goggles Primer Putty Masking tape Step by Step : 1 Place plastic under the car to prevent the chemicals from getting on the ground. Wash the rims with dish soap and water. Wipe them with a cloth and remove any silicone. Let the rims dry. 2 Pour paint thinner onto a rag and wipe down the rims to remove wax, grease, polish and dirt. It might take up to 10 coats to properly do the job. 3 Place masking tape around the scraped areas so the areas that aren't scratched do not get damaged. Sand the scratched areas with 400-grit sandpaper, then cover them completely with putty. 4 Sand over the putty with 600-grit sandpaper until the rim is smooth. Press hard enough to push the putty down into the crack. Give the putty about 10 minutes to dry after sanding. Repeat the process and once again allow 10 minutes to properly dry. 5 Spray primer on the surface of the rim where the scratches are. Sand over the scratches with 400-grit sandpaper once again. Sand very lightly. Wash the rims thoroughly with soap and water to ensure they are completely clean and dirt free. Allow time to air dry. Tips & Warnings Tackle this project in a well-ventilated area, Use a dust mask and safety goggles for protection and prevent inhalation of the chemicals.
Isuzu . How to Paint a Suzuki Savage Engine ChromePainting a Suzuki Savage engine is an easier process than many people realize. There are few specialized tools necessary to produce professional-looking results. The main tool required is a paint sprayer or airbrushing tool to apply the paint evenly and in thin, even coats. Make sure to use heat-resistant paint designed for engines. The paint must withstand the hottest engine temperatures without blistering or cracking. Since this is a delicate process, allow at least a week to the job to thoroughly clean and paint the engine with several chrome coats. Difficulty:Moderately Challenging Instructions Things You'll Need Ratchet set Engine hoist Heavy chain Suzuki Savage engine Newspaper Cement blocks Safety goggles Degreasing cleanser Lacquer thinner Work cloths Duct tape Engine heat-set spray primer Propane heater Paint sprayer Chrome heat-resistant paint Polishing compound Soft cloths Step by Step : 1 Remove the engine from the vehicle using a ratchet set to release the engine connections. Loop a heavy chain around the engine and hoist the engine up using an engine hoist. Place the engine on a couple of cement blocks laid over newspaper --- or some other stand --- so that you can reach all parts of the engine. 2 Wipe down the entire surface of the engine using a degreasing cleanser and work rags. You must remove all grease, oil, dirt and other contaminants before the engine can be painted. Wipe the entire surface with lacquer thinner to remove all oil residue as well as any previous paint coatings. 3 Using duct tape, block all connections to tubes, intakes and other areas of the engine that should not be painted. 4 Heat the engine with a propane heater. The engine should be just too hot to touch, or use the recommended temperature on the heat-set primer. Turn off the propane heater after the engine is hot. 5 Cover the surface of the engine in two coats of heat-set primer. Allow each coat to dry for two hours between applications. Reheat the surface of the engine between coats. 6 Place the chrome paint in the paint sprayer. Spray the paint onto the engine in several thin coats. Three to five coats should be enough to cover the engine. Allow each coat to dry for an hour between applications. Allow the engine to dry for two to three days. 7 Remove the tape from the engine. Polish the engine with a polishing compound and some soft rags. This will buff the paint to a high shine that will cause the engine to look show-grade. Replace the engine carefully inside the vehicle, taking care not to scratch the paint during installation. Tips & Warnings Always paint in a well-ventilated area to prevent breathing in toxic paint fumes. Part IV: Dealing with On-the-Road Emergencies If you can provide enough information to help the shop diagnose the trouble easily, you won't have to pay for test drives and electronic diagnostic procedures that may cost more than the simple adjustments or repairs that are necessary. u* Provide the clearest information you can regarding all the symptoms, but do not diagnose the problem yourself! If you tell a shop that your vehicle needs a specific job done on it, then that's the work that will be done, and you will pay for it, whether the vehicle needed it or not. If you want to inquire whether the trouble might be caused by a malfunction in a specific part, then do so, but keep it in the form of a question. The final diagnosis must be up to the repair shop so that it can be responsible if the diagnosis turns out to be wrong. *<* Keep a maintenance record on your vehicle and bring a photocopy for the shop's records if it hasn't done the past maintenance. I've provided a blank Maintenance Record and a Specification Record that you can use at the back of this book. V Don't press to get the job done fast unless you're really in a bind. Isuzu . Nissan GT-R. * Making a diagnosis, getting the proper parts, doing the work, and testing the results takes time. Nobody likes to work under pressure. A great way to get the pressure off everybody is to see whether the shop has a spare car, or loaner, that you can borrow while work is being done on your vehicle. u* Call to make sure that your vehicle is ready before you come to pick it up. If it isn't, try to be understanding (unless the shop is chronically slow about getting work done). If it's a matter of parts that were ordered but not delivered on time, there's little that the shop can do about it. If it's just that the shop is overbooked with work, be polite but firm about your need to get the vehicle back as soon as possible. V* When the vehicle is ready, ask what was wrong and what they did to repair the problem. Keep a repair log, and add the information to it for future reference. u* Be prepared to spend a little time test-driving to be sure that the job's been done to your satisfaction. You're better off returning immediately with your complaints than showing up several days later, when any number of things may have happened to mess things up. v* Show your appreciation for a job well done. A phone call to the manager or a letter that the shop can display, praising a technician's work, means a lot to a service facility. If you know that your favorite technician likes a particular beverage or snack, bring some along in a paper bag and pick your car up at the end of the day. If you're lucky, you may get invited to share it. I've received some of my most valuable tutoring strolling around a garage after working hours, can in hand, while my mechanic expounded on the secrets of his art. Chapter 22: When All Else Fails: Finding and Dealing with a Good Mechanic A/ l 7 Complaining Effectively Even if you've followed all my advice about finding good mechanics and staying on the best of terms with them, there's still a chance that someday you'll get into a dispute over the services they've performed. If you've maintained a good relationship with a shop, you'll usually find them willing to be cooperative about redoing work that fails to correct a problem, replacing defective parts they've installed, and the like. If you approach the shop assuming that the people there are going to treat Isuzu . What does a sample of a UK car title looks like?

If you attack immediately on the assumption that they're out to get you, you'll put them on the defen sive and make things much harder for yourself. Getting satisfaction on any complaint I learned the following technique from an excellent human-potential trainer, and I pass it on to you. It's based on this "Golden Rule": The best way to get what you want is to maintain a friendly attitude in all disputes — and refuse to be swayed from your purpose! Follow these steps to get satisfaction: 1. Before you contact anyone, decide exactly what you want done. Presenting a specific plan for remedial action is much more powerful than waiting passively for someone else to decide what they're willing to do for you. 2. Time your campaign carefully. Isuzu .
